Please read this agreement before using this site. Psychotherapy-Network.com is an online marketing service listing state licensed psychotherapists. These providers/practitioners are heretofore referred to as "members" in Psychotherapy-Network.com. Members are by definition individuals, not groups, agencies or institutions. An individual may not link to a website marketing a professional group, agency or institution; however, each individual provider in a group may become an individual Member if s/he meets the criteria outlined below. As a Member, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions listed herein. To list in this website, you must first provide (a) proof of an unencumbered state licensure and federal NPI number in a professional psychotherapy field in the state where you are marketing your services and (b) provide proof of current malpractice insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000/$2,000,000. You accept responsibility to maintain an unencumbered license and active malpractice insurance while you continue as a Member of Psychotherapy-Network.com. Member Conduct. As a Member, you are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness to your area of practice of all information posted on your Account, and for ensuring that your account complies with all the provisions of this Agreement. More specifically, Members shall not upload, post or otherwise make available on the Psychotherapy-Network.com any material protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right. That is, in joining Psychotherapy-Network.com as a Member, you accept responsibility that no materials of any kind submitted through your Account will (a) violate, plagiarize, or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights; or (b) contain libelous or otherwise unlawful material. The burden of proof that material is not protected by copyright rests with you; that is, before posting content developed by someone other than yourself on your Account, you agree to provide written permission from the owner of the copyrighted, trademarked or other proprietary clipart or intellectual content. As a member you agree that all content on and links to your Account will be professionally appropriate. You are solely responsible for any opinion, advice, statements, services, offers, or other content expressed on your Account by you or third parties, such as information providers. Psychotherapy-Network.com does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the content that you post, nor its fitness for any particular marketing outcome or service that you offer. This includes all content you directly place on Psychotherapy-Network.com or that is contained in a free-standing professional website to which your Account links. Should the content integrity, originality or accuracy of your account or links be challenged, you agree to indemnify and hold blameless Psychotherapy-Nework.com and all officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) for all liability and costs, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of breach by you (or any user of your Account) of this Agreement or the foregoing representations, warranties and covenants. You agree to cooperate fully as required in the defense of any such claim.   If your conduct violates these Terms, reflects unprofessional behavior as outlined by your profession's ethical code or common sense, or inhibits any other Member from using any Psychotherapy-Network.com services, your account will be terminated without refund at the discretion of Psychotherapy-Network.com. Monitoring. Psychotherapy-Network.com shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of the Psychotherapy-Network.com website, including chat rooms and forums, to determine compliance with this Agreement and any operating rules established by Psychotherapy-Network.com. Psychotherapy-Network.com shall have the right, but not the obligation, to refuse or remove any material submitted to or posted on the Psychotherapy-Network.com website. Indemnification. As a Member, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold blameless Psychotherapy-Network.com, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of Psychotherapy-Network.com. THE SERVICE AND ALL DOWNLOADABLE SOFTWARE ARE DISTRIBUTED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. Psychotherapy-Network.com shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Psychotherapy-Network.com Network, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use. Changed Terms. Psychotherapy-Network.com shall have the right at any time to change or modify the terms and conditions applicable to the Member’s use of the Psychotherapy-Network.com Network, or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions. To remain a member, you agree to comply with all current terms and conditions when they change.
